Rick Sprince wins the award for finding us the house of our dreams when the market was tight and we were a 2.5-year project! We started exploring St James almost 3 years ago, but when we were ready to find a home Rick did an excellent job of understanding what we wanted – and navigating the wife’s “list” vs the husband’s “list” ?. We were in the Northern Virginia area for the entire home-hunting project, and he did a wonderful job working remotely with us. We knew he was on top of the market, and he sent us homes the minute they came up for sale - and sometimes before! After two years we thought we had found that right home and put in a generous bid, only to be outbid by another couple. Rick’s advice when that happened: “Don’t be discouraged. I’ll guarantee we will find you a home you’ll like even better.” And he did. My wife said she never thought we would put an offer on a home we had never set foot in, but we did, trusting Rick’s assessment that it was right, and giving us a “Facetime” tour.
